Are you a driven and experienced Sales Manager with a passion for B2B sales in the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) sector? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic Sales team in Madrid. In this Hybrid, Full-Time role, you will report directly to Javier Fernández Peña, focusing on developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for our comprehensive suite of compliance, risk management, internal control, audit, ESG, and privacy solutions. This is a unique opportunity to engage with C-level executives and Boards of Directors, offering high-value consultative sales and contributing significantly to our strategic objectives. You will be instrumental in understanding client needs, crafting tailored proposals, and closing deals that address complex regulatory and operational challenges. Responsabilidades Principales:

As a Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Driving business development for compliance, risk management, internal control, audit, ESG, and privacy solutions and services.
Managing the entire commercial cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
Executing high-value consultative sales, understanding the client's regulatory, operational, and risk context.
Regular interaction with senior management, Boards of Directors, Risk Committees, Compliance Officers, and Legal Departments.
Coordinating with internal teams (compliance, risk, legal, technology, and consulting) to design robust proposals.

Requisitos:

Must-Have Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of total sales experience, with at least 4 years in a similar Sales Manager role.
Demonstrated experience in complex B2B sales and projects with a high regulatory component.
Solid knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, risk management, and internal control.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (ISO, GDPR, ESG, compliance models).
Experience with GRC technology solutions and implementation projects.
Strategic vision and strong business acumen.
Exceptional ability to engage and negotiate with executive profiles and governing bodies.
Proven negotiation and closing skills for long sales cycles.
