We are supporting our client, an international group, within the framework of a strategic expansion project involving the opening of a new subsidiary in Morocco.
In this context, we are looking for a B2B Customer Service professional to manage the full Order-to-Cash cycle with our clients, ensuring excellent service and efficient management of the administrative and operational processes related to orders and invoicing.
- Customer onboarding and management in the system.
- Order entry and tracking.
- Issuance of delivery notes and invoices.
- Management of collections and payments.
- Recording of customer charges.
- Coordination and cross-checking of information with the sales team.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service / Order-to-Cash within a product-based company (not services), ideally in FMCG or comparable sectors (consumer goods, food & beverage, cosmetics, retail).
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Arabic and French. Intermediate–advanced English. Spanish is a plus.
