Our client, a very successful international hospitality group, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (m/f/d) ready to take on broad international responsibilities. In this strategic role, you will partner with senior leadership to drive people initiatives, shape organizational culture, and align HR strategy with ambitious operational and financial goals across multiple markets.
In this role, you will:
- Act as a strategic business partner, aligning people management with operational and financial goals.
- Advise senior management and leadership teams on talent management, performance, development, and employee engagement.
- Ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and processes across assigned locations.
- Coordinate with HR specialist teams on recruitment, learning and development, compensation, and labor relations.
- Support organizational change processes, including openings, restructurings, and exits.
- Monitor HR KPIs, analyze data, and translate insights into improvement actions.
- Drive initiatives related to culture, values, diversity, employer branding, and social responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and maintain effective relationships with employee representatives.
You bring:
- A degree in business, psychology, labor relations, law, or a related field (HR focus or relevant certifications are a plus).
- Substantial experience in similar HR Business Partner roles, ideally in international environments.
- Strong end-to-end knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, development, training, labor relations, compensation, and engagement).
- Experience managing teams, projects, and budgets.
- A strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a results-oriented approach.
- Fluent German and English.
