Focus: graphic industry.
Mission
Drive business growth and provide technical support for the Graphic Papers, acting as the link between customers, sales teams, and operations.
Handle customer complaints.
Be in contact with customers from the graphic papers.
Visit printers.
Provide technical advice and support to customers and internal teams on printing products.
Act as a liaison between the commercial and industrial departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
Support the resolution of quality incidents by coordinating tests, analysis, and follow-up actions between commercial and industrial teams.
Deliver training to customers and the sales force.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, promoting tailored technical solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain market intelligence, including pricing, market trends, and competitor activity.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and professional forums.
Work closely with the Product Manager to translate market and customer needs into clear value propositions, messaging, and commercial tools.
3–5 years of experience in technical sales or after-sales roles, preferably in the printing, or graphic paper industry.
Fluent in German and English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with an organized, collaborative, flexible, and proactive approach.
Ability to work autonomously in a home-based role.
Availability and willingness to travel frequently.
