Job Mission:
The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for opening new business opportunities and retaining clients. This role is crucial for expanding the company’s presence in the market and ensuring strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. The KAM will report directly to the USA General Manager.
Experience in design, furniture, luxury sectors, and relationships with leading architectural firms and innovative companies will be highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and capture new business opportunities.
- Key Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure timely and quality product delivery.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for the General Manager of the USA.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and key account management, preferably in the luxury furniture manufacturing and export sector.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the US market and trends in the furniture industry.
- International Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within the USA and occasionally internationally.
