Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Corporate Sales and Distribution Director is responsible for co-designing and executing the global sales and distribution strategy. The objective is to maximize revenue through the comprehensive management of all sales channels, as well as strengthening business relationships with source markets and strategic clients.
Sales Planning: Design the global sales plan, establishing objectives for each channel.
Distribution Channel Management: Oversee relationships with OTAs, tour operators, and retailers, optimizing contracts and commissions to protect margins.
Revenue Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Revenue Director to adjust pricing and availability according to revenue and demand strategy
Sales Team Management: Lead regional sales managers and corporate sales teams, ensuring seamless communication with hotels and achieving collective sales targets.
Alliances and Negotiations: Conduct negotiations and close high-value contracts (global corporate, events) and represent the company at international trade shows and roadshows.
Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports by channel, ensuring budget compliance and adjusting tactics based on deviations.
CRM Integration: Contribute sales data to the corporate CRM/CDP to drive customer loyalty and remarketing.
Minimum 12–15 years of experience in hotel/regional sales, with at least 5 years in corporate sales management or leadership roles in international chains.
University degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency; other languages (German, Italian, Portuguese) are a plus depending on the market.
Knowledge of systems: CRS/PMS, Channel Manager, Power BI or similar, enterprise CRM.
Hotel group in expansion phase.
