Working closely with REVLON for their HQ in Barcelona, we are looking for a Regulatory Intelligence Associate - EMEA. Revlon currently have an exciting position for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join an established team of experienced colleagues, where the main focus in the role is to provide effective regulatory support for company’s manufactured products and customer’s products and to collaborate on the implementation of new regulatory requirements. This permanent role is responsible to assure the legal compliance of our cosmetic products into the EMEA region, collecting all different sources of available information and to anticipate any legislative changes that may affect our products to reduce the impact on our customers and our organization.

FUNCIONES

Responsabilities: Regulatory Compliance: -Support the development of effective and meaningful communication materials for internal stakeholders. -Propose and implement validated action plans in response to regulatory changes in the EU. -Provide, with appropriate support, risk assessments and solutions for product labelling and regulatory issues. R&D Softwares: -Develop, maintain and up-to-date regulatory compliance data system for use globally (currently SAP EHS). - Data management: from building new databases (packaging, regulatory) to the preparation of data reports for customers or authorities. - Identify and escalate all potential improvements in processes or organization. Proactive Influencing/Advocacy: - Represent Revlon at National & European Trade Associations in dedicated working groups. - Report and escalate any issue/relevant change noticed during the meetings to the management and relevant internal stakeholders for decision. Requirements: - Recognized educational skills related to regulatory and scientific affairs; e.g. University degree in science. - Fluent Spanish and English skills. - 2/3 years of prior relevant regulatory experience in cosmetic, consumer product, or related field is required. - Effective written and oral communication skills are required. Strong interpersonal skills are important for working in a fast-pace and matrix environment. - Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail and quality of information generated. - Excellent organizational skills. - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Must be self-motivated, have strong analytical skills and be capable of multi-tasking. - Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
