Responsabilities: - Act as a financial business partner and advisor by enabling and supervising forecasting and budgeting processes in the HR area for the Business Units under scope Conducts month-end close, quarterly forecast and budget processing, including ECCBC headcount management. - Analyse the monthly reporting to ensure understanding of the financial figures and HR Finance KPIs for a proper understanding of the Area performance. - Provide common guidance and methodology for reporting and analysis, by setting a common language. - Ensure the consistency of KPI and financial impacts related to HR area. - Control, monitor and provide guidance to group and local projects related to the HR financial and controlling scope. - Ensure, timely and accurate reporting at a Group level from ECCBC subsidiaries. - Be a Financial Business Partner for the HR area, identifying process improvements to increase efficiency / profitability, facilitating cost reduction, providing recommendations, guidelines, and cost control and analysis. - Quality assurance of the support documentation for HR Projects. In consultation with others on the project team, generate maps of HR data to illustrate the dynamics of the key HR issues. - Liaise with other cross functional departments and provide sound reliable data for decision making. - To synthesize the financial / economic information of the HR Area, and foresee and to anticipate possible risks. - Be in charge of general adhoc reporting related to the HR area, when needed. In this sense, gather information and design regarding other areas of HR , as Internal Coms, or Talent & Development, tools and processes in order to have automatic information for example of employee surveys, exit interviews, retention rates, general staffing policies… or help recruiters by providing relevant data, statistics, trends, and patterns to make the recruiting process more efficient ..etc , with the aim of improve decision-making processes to make HR internal policies more efficient. -Collect and analyse data on cross-sectoral HR status and identify weak and strong areas to help prioritize issues, cadres, and geographical areas for project focus. -Participate in the implementation and manage the effective use of HRIS (SAP Success Factors), and HR Finance activities and other interrelated systems. In this sense, Active participation regional systems integration projects (HRIS/Payroll/Benefits, etc.) and contribute to system decision-making, scoping and arranging HR system projects in support of the overall HR strategy. -Compile relevant HR data and metrics from the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and various payroll outputs. -Collect and share information on new employment regulations, labour laws, government labour statistics, and more. Requirements: - Master’s degree in Economics – Business Administration, HR management or discipline requiring data manipulation and analysis with at least 5 years of experience in similar position. - Fluent in oral and written English compulsory – French will be very positive evaluated. - High level of Computer literacy in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. - Working knowledge of various database management, tools and HRIS systems, as well as Knowledge of various statistical models, metrics, and KPIs. - Knowledge of HR practices, laws, regulations, and policies. This includes external and internal company policies and processes.
