FUNCIONES

Leading international company dedicated to the promotion, construction and operation of renewable projects at a global level with headquarters in Madrid. Job description: Collaboration with the business development team to set up the structure of the operations with the analysis of the applicable tax system and pricing opportunities. Involvement with the plant investment and financing team in the development of complex financial models incorporating debt, tax and equity financing to assess project economics and financing alternatives. Overall responsibility for the modelling of transactions. Lead the negotiation and closing of project transactions through to the management of due diligence, contract execution and stock transfer processes. Supporting the Business team in the evaluation of transactions and project portfolios, developing competitive pricing based on the optimisation of capital sources, and leading the search for buyers. Job Requirements: Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics or similar qualification. MBA or postgraduate degree in Project Finance, Structured Finance or similar is desirable. Strong knowledge of fiscal matters and experience in the development of complex models with Microsoft Excel. 3-5 years experience in operations and transactions in the renewable energy sector. High level of English (C1) Familiar with working in international environments, excellent people and teamwork skills.
