FUNCIONES

Our client is a notorius investment fund manager in the Spanish residential real estate market. Main strategy is focused on long-term asset management (Secured NPL's & REO's), adding value trough different actions plans that context required and with the final aim to increase the profitabilaty across the investments under management. Client need to enroll a Investment Analyst (to report directly to the CFO), with 2 years of Private Equity experience. Previous work experience in Real Estate companies will be considered a plus. Profile daily workout will cover following topics: - Investors calendar communications and meeting schedulings (regardless on line or personal attendance) along with all the dashboards production to duly report the follow-up of the portfolios - Policies Investment company description and investment principles through the context of their portfolio companies and their decisions to trust the investment - Provide administrative support, including handling compliance (KYC, AML, etc...) enquiry, filing documents, translation of business documents according to firm's regulations - Support the Finance, Operations and Investment Teams to ensure the output to the investors is accurate with the standarst demandaded - Prepare Fundraising Support Documentation. - Draw up the marketing & rest of materials for the funds. - Detect and chase long-term partners for the Company's funds. - Responding to ad-hoc investor (and financial partners) enquiries. Ideal candidate for this position will exhibit the following skills and competencies: - Engineering or Business Administration Degree - 2 years of Private Equity experience. Previous work experience in Real Estate companies will be considered a plus. - MBA from a top business school will be considered a plus. - Outstanding analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated. - Fully proficient in English (written and spoken). - Knowledge of Real Estate market will be considered a plus.
