FUNCIONES
Your key responsibilities will be:
• Organize the business plan and Sales hor Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg within the different sales channels.
• Develop client portfolio and define the product catalogue according to the market trends. Organize and define the ideal sales and regional structure according to each market.
•Develop, prepare, organize and implement the business strategies and proposals.
•Analyze, develop and implement the sales strategy.
•Acquire and maintain a deep knowledge of the market and competitors.
•Planning and annual budget control.
Our ideal candidate will have:
•University Degree
•5-10 years experience in FMCG in modern trade and convenience channels.
•Commercial orientation, analytical, proactive.
• Trade Marketing knowledge and abilities.
• Excellent communication capacities and negotiation skills.
• Organization and managerial skills.
•Proven contacts and ability to communicate with others.
•English
•Full availability to travel.
