Job Description: • To provide customer loyalty by understanding the needs and expectations and increasing the customer satisfaction by making customer visits, • To manage activities that will create new markets as well as the existing potential, to participate domestic and foreign fairs related to the sector, • To contribute product development studies by following all changes and developments in the customers and in the market • To follow up the process from the receipt of the order to delivery to the customer, • To perform the necessary follow-up for customer satisfaction or adaptation of the new products developed, ensuring coordination between R & D and technical teams Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering departments of universities, • At least 5 years experience in B2B sales, especially in nonstick coatings (enamel) area, • Excellent command of English, • Improved negotiation skills • High persuasion ability • Improved problem-solving ability • Result-oriented • Good command of MS Office • No obstacle to travel • Living in İstanbul.
