France, Italy or Switzerland (France)
Shape the future of Business Intelligence across an international manufacturing division.
Our Manufacturing Division brings together three production sites located in France, Italy and Switzerland. Historically operating as independent businesses, the division is now embarking on an exciting transformation towards a more integrated and data-driven organisation.
To support this journey, we are creating a brand-new position: Senior Business Intelligence & Data Transformation Specialist.
Reporting directly to the Divisional CFO, you will play a key role in connecting business needs with data capabilities, helping Finance, Sales and Operations make better decisions through reliable, actionable information.
This is a hands-on role with high visibility, broad autonomy and strong exposure to senior stakeholders—but it is not a people management position.
Your mission
You will help establish the first cross-site Business Intelligence foundations across the division.
Your responsibilities will include:
Understanding how each business unit operates and identifying its reporting needs.
Working closely with Finance Controllers, Sales teams, Marketing and local IT teams.
Mapping existing ERP and non-ERP data sources.
Defining common KPIs, reporting standards and data governance principles.
Contributing to the design of a future Data Warehouse and scalable reporting architecture.
Developing pragmatic Business Intelligence solutions and dashboards that deliver immediate business value.
Coordinating stakeholders across France, Italy and Switzerland to drive adoption and ensure alignment.
Supporting future ERP harmonisation initiatives and continuously improving reporting capabilities.

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who enjoys combining technology with business understanding.
You will likely have:
Around 5 to 9 years' experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics or Data-related projects.
Experience working with reporting, dashboards and multi-ERP environments.
Exposure to Sales and Finance analytics.
Good understanding of Business Intelligence architecture and data modelling.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both business and IT stakeholders.
Experience delivering projects in international or multi-site organisations.
Technical knowledge of Power BI, SQL and Data Warehousing is important, but your ability to understand the business, communicate effectively and deliver practical solutions will be what makes you successful.
What makes you successful
Pragmatic and business-oriented.
Curious and eager to learn.
Comfortable in evolving, less structured environments.
Able to build relationships across functions and cultures.
Autonomous while knowing when to seek support.
Focused on delivering tangible progress step by step.
Why join us?
This is a rare opportunity to join an international manufacturing division at the beginning of its Data journey.
Rather than joining an established BI team, you will help shape how Business Intelligence evolves across the organisation, working directly with senior leadership and making a visible impact on business performance from day one.
Our client is a well-established international manufacturing group with a strong reputation for innovation, quality and operational excellence. Operating across multiple European locations, the company designs and manufactures professional equipment for customers worldwide, serving a diverse range of industries through a portfolio of recognised brands.
As part of an ambitious transformation programme, the organisation is investing in harmonising processes, strengthening collaboration across its international sites and building new Business Intelligence capabilities to support data-driven decision making. This newly created role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on how information is managed and used across the business, working closely with senior leadership in a dynamic, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.
