Chief Financial & Operating Officer (CFOO)

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Chief Financial & Operating Officer (CFOO) to join the Czech Republic organization of a leading international healthcare group.

This is a highly strategic leadership position, reporting directly to the Country General Manager, and acting as a key partner in driving the company's financial performance, operational excellence and future growth.

As CFOO, you will combine strong financial leadership with broad operational responsibility, playing a central role in the transformation and development of a complex, multidisciplinary healthcare organization.

You will work closely with senior clinical and business leaders, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into effective operational execution and sustainable business performance.

Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Country General Manager.
Support the development and execution of the Czech Republic strategic plan.
Lead all finance activities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and long-range planning.
Drive profitability, revenue growth, cost optimization and financial discipline.
Develop business cases for investments, new services and growth initiatives.
Lead initiatives focused on operational efficiency, productivity and service quality.
Oversee key support functions including Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Administration and Facilities.
Drive organizational transformation and build a stronger, more accountable leadership team.
Work closely with senior clinical professionals and clinic managers, influencing stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams.
Act as deputy to the General Manager when required.

Requirements:

10+ years of progressively senior leadership experience.
Previous experience as CFO, Finance Director, COO, General Manager or in a comparable senior leadership role.
Strong financial and operational background.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex organizations.
Proven experience in organizational transformation and change management.
Experience within healthcare, healthcare services, hospitals, clinics or complex service organizations is strongly preferred.
Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
