Job Description:

We are looking for a high-impact Strategic Marketing Manager to join our client's regional headquarters in Madrid. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy for our three core brands, ensuring a seamless transition from high-level strategy to local execution.

You will coordinate with various internal departments and external agencies to drive brand consistency and growth. You will play a critical role in identifying market opportunities, defining brand territories, and leading transversal teams to deliver winning proposals. Responsibilities:

Lead the annual planning process by coordinating local and regional teams to develop comprehensive plans for the region aligned with business objectives.
Drive brand strategy by identifying key initiatives and leading transversal teams on winning proposals, including brand repositioning, creative briefs, and visual identity.
Manage branding consistency across all touch-points and act as a consultant on creative materials developed by various business units.
Collaborate closely with consumer insights and business units to identify risks and opportunities, defining initiatives accordingly.
Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to guarantee flawless execution of integrated campaigns.
Report to leadership by presenting insights and strategic recommendations to Country Managers and Marketing Directors.
Monitor the industry developments and emerging digital marketing opportunities to ensure the company stays ahead of market trends.

Requirements:

Experience: 8+ years in strategic marketing, branding, or brand management.
Analytical and Creative Mindset: Proven ability to turn complex data into actionable strategic insights.
Omnichannel Expertise: Demonstrated experience leading integrated campaigns across both offline and digital platforms.
Stakeholder Management: Highly skilled in coordinating and influencing internal teams and external agencies.
Languages: Professional fluency in Spanish and English is required.
Education: University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or Master’s degree is highly preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
