Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Area Projects Manager to join a dynamic Services Delivery team. This is a strategic hybrid role that blends Project Management, Service Delivery, and Account Management, offering a unique opportunity to take full ownership of projects within the South Lombardia and Emilia-Romagna regions. You will be responsible for driving project success by balancing operational excellence with commercial acumen, ensuring both client satisfaction and project profitability. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys direct client exposure, and possesses a strong focus on cost control and business development within existing accounts. You will act as a bridge between technical execution and strategic business goals, leading multicultural teams to deliver high-quality services while maintaining a clear focus on Quality and Safety standards. Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage project personnel across various services, ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, maintaining strong and proactive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure project profitability through rigorous cost control, budget management, and economic monitoring.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the existing client portfolio to drive organic growth.
- Coordinate and oversee quality and safety activities, ensuring strict compliance with ISO 9001 standards and internal protocols.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and delivering tailored technical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Director and multicenter teams to align project delivery with corporate strategy.
- Monitor project KPIs and report on progress, risks, and financial performance to senior management.

Requirements:

Must-Haves:
- Education: Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management, service delivery, or account management, with at least 3 years in a similar position.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of ISO 9001 standards and Quality Management Systems.
- Languages: Professional working proficiency in English (operational level for technical communication).
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage complex client relationships.
- Mindset: Adaptable, open-minded, and capable of leading in dynamic, multicultural environments.
- Mobility: Full availability to travel across Northern Italy as required by project needs.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice-to-Haves:
- Exposure to industrial projects or technical services sectors.
- Proven experience in P&L management and financial oversight of projects.
- Experience in ISO/Quality Systems auditing.
- Previous experience coordinating distributed or remote teams.
- Background in business development within existing accounts.
