Chief Financial Officer

Job Description:

The Chief Financial Officer will be ultimately responsible for the financial management of all company's operations in Mexico. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving on the Executive Committee, the CFO will act as a strategic business partner, ensuring sound and efficient financial management aligned with the company's growth and profitability objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the financial strategy, ensuring the sound financial management of the business, and leading the areas of financial planning, management control, accounting, treasury, tax, audit, regulatory compliance, and risk management, contributing a strategic vision focused on value creation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience as Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Finance Director, or equivalent role.
• Proven track record managing the finance function of international hotel companies.
• Essential experience in the luxury hospitality sector, including vacation resorts and all-inclusive hotels.
• Experience leading multi-property and multi-site financial structures.
• Knowledge of international environments and complex organizations.
• Strong experience in financial planning, management control, treasury, taxation, auditing, and regulatory compliance.
