Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SHE management or consultancy roles.
- Essential background within the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, or Oil & Gas sectors.

- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a functional team in a manufacturing setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate a matrix reporting structure effectively.
- University degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required for global and local coordination.
- Proactive mindset with a strong commitment to operational excellence and a zero-harm culture.
