Functions: With high visibility and exposure to senior stakeholders in different areas of the company, this is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a solid analytical background that seek a move to get closer to the day to day business. As an individual you will: Partner with different stakeholders to identify and evaluate key initiatives focused on delivering sustainable growth supported by data analysis Frame and analyze business issues along with your team to action proactive decisions Identify data gaps and improvement opportunities while working collaboratively with key business stakeholders Drive action around performance assessment, forecasting, and subsequent decision making Play a key role in informing and influencing senior management decision making process Requirements: University Degree or higher (BA in a technical discipline or equivalent experience). Preference for individuals with Actuarial Science background. At least 4 years of experience in a position within the insurance sector High level of English is required. Familiarity in working with corporate systems for data analysis, querying, manipulation and visualization (e.g., SAS, Cognos, Power BI, Salesforce) Experience in project and senior stakeholder management Experience in businesses with retail distribution networks. Strong interpersonal & communication skills to: Prepare presentations for senior stakeholders to effectively drive them into action Initiate and coordinate engagement with key stakeholders in different areas to resolve issues and clarify status updates Take initiative to identify areas to add value and drive organizational change Lead and inspire others in the transformation journey Solid analytical skills with an ability to: Demonstrate a creative problem-solving approach in the context of a fast-paced and challenging environment Strong drive to present and push recommendations based on the analysis conducted vis a vis other internal teams and stakeholders (e.g., country heads of distribution, product managers, etc.) Leverage and utilize data from a variety of sources to analyze business performance, identify areas of opportunity & provide actionable insights to operational leadership and business teams
