FUNCTIONS: Demand Planning: - Consolidate the Demand mid/long-term forecasting of all BU's at group level. Perform the required analysis to improve the global accuracy. Perform sensitive demand planning analysis. - Support all marketing innovations initiatives from planning perspective and ensure their implementation in time with minimum operations impact. - Support the marketing team to perform the SKU's rationalization process within the new innovation's process framework. - Contribute in the definition and the measure of Planning KPIs at all BU's: Root cause analysis and action plan implementation in case of deviations. Putting a focus in Customer Service Level (Case fill rate), Forecasting and innovation KPI's. - Monitor the performance of the BU’s planning processes. Specific focus on the Demand Planning process with alignment with BU's Demand Planners, focus, follow-ups & improvement opportunities. - Give support to ensure the correct KPIs calculation through BI implementation with MIS support. S&OP Process: - Contribute to standardize the demand planning process across all BU's, with standard policies, procedures, KPI's and targets: Baseline definition, effects quantification, IT tools utilization, … - Contribute to implement the group executive S&OP process, in the standardization & the S&OP process over all BU’s as a key lever to gain overall business efficiency and alignment across all company's functions. - Monitor the compliance & alignment within TCCC and Company Operations standard policies & procedures. - Contribute to the respect of the application of RACI, SLA and issues scalation process of procedures and processes related to planning in the group. - Support the Region Operations organization putted in place to take the leadership of the S&OP process at the BU level, and assist them on the S&OP standardization and globalization of a regional S&OP process. - Participate in the products freshness project to be implemented in different manufacturing countries. - Contribute in the digital transformation of the SCM by implementing new models regarding the Demand Planning process and the innovations process (Advanced analytics, DDMRP, …) - Pursue the sponsorship of the APO project in Morocco and Algeria and assist the teams involved at the BU's. Drive the performances of the exploitation of the tool. Team Management: - Manage, develop a Team and establish individual and team performance standards to build capability and efficiency. Organizing and coordinating the technical and human resources, animating the teams, transmitting and being an example of Company’s values, creating spirit of cooperation, favoring the autonomy, the delegation of power and the control of results. REQUIREMENTS: - The ideal candidate has a Bachelor / Master degree in Supply chain, Business Administration or Engineering, APICS Certification is a plus. - A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a demand planning/forecasting role in FMCG business, desirable food and beverage experience. - Expertise in Project Management with a Certification. - Extensive experience in leadership and relationship management - Experience in international environments with cross-cultural teams leading projects. - French and English Proficiency. - Proficiency in office automation tools (MS OFFICE), knowledge of ERP systems (SAP R/3, APO and/or JDA preferred), planning software and BI tools. - Knowledge of: demand management, production management and inventory management.
