The TR Coordinator ensures sales quotas are attained by proactively managing Beauty Advisors, maintaining accurate sales reporting, and coordinating merchandising and marketing execution across multiple operators and markets. This is a hands on role requiring strong ownership, high attention to detail, and the ability to work cross functionally with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Monthly commission calculations for Italian and foreign Beauty advisors.
Daily communication and motivation with each Beauty advisor to drive performance and engagement.
Monthly shift planning and payroll coordination (sick leave, annual leave, rest days), aligned with client policies and internal procedures.
Beauty advisors training coordination.
Sales contest mechanics coordination.
Monthly sell-out data extraction from digital platforms and via email from key operators.
Monthly data upload and repository maintenance: update pivot-based sell-out monitoring files in the internal repository.
Customer Card creation and upload into the platform.
Decorator management (Italy and foreign markets) to ensure timely in-store execution.
Follow-up on internal and external workflows for creative marketing activities aligned with the 2026 marketing calendar.
Fully autonomous profile with proven ownership of operational coordination across multiple stakeholders and markets.
Experience in travel retail/preferably fragrances, beauty or cosmetics
