For an international network that brings together some of the world’s most prestigious hospitality and fine dining properties, we are looking for a professional to join the Italian Delegation.
The role, reporting to and working closely with the Delegation Director, will support the implementation of action plans and the development of high-value strategic partnerships.
About the Role
Our client is looking for a hybrid profile combining B2B partnership coordination and event support, with a strong focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships with sponsor partners.
This role is split approximately 50% partnership development / 50% event coordination, working closely with internal stakeholders and external brands to ensure high-quality execution and strong partner engagement.
Secure the right sponsorship partners aligned with the brand’s premium positioning and event strategy
Build a long-term B2B relationships with sponsor organizations
Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring excellent delivery and partner activation
Contribute to the growth and continuity of the partner portfolio
to identify, engage and secure sponsor partners for the events.
Work with companies that have sponsorship budgets and can participate through sponsorship fees.
Define and target the right brand positioning and partner fit for sponsorship opportunities
Identify and approach potential sponsor partners across industries aligned with the client universe (luxury, hospitality-related, premium lifestyle)
Initiate contact, present the value proposition, and engage decision-makers
Support and participate in commercial negotiations and partnership agreements
Manage partner satisfaction through consistent follow-up and relationship-building
Maintain a strong partner network and contribute to the annual development of the partner portfolio
Event Coordination
The second part of the role focuses on supporting the management and delivery of events, particularly during the peak season.
Main responsibilities include:
Support the planning, coordination and on-site delivery of events
Manage partner participation and ensure proper sponsorship activation during events
Guarantee high-quality organization aligned with luxury standards and brand positioning
Coordinate logistics and timelines with internal teams and external partners
Ensure communication and operational follow-up before, during and after events
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to manage partner relationships and support negotiations maintaining excellent structure and operational discipline
Proven experience in B2B relationship management or partnership coordination
Ability to support and contribute to commercial negotiations
High level of organization, attention to detail and multitasking ability
Comfortable operating in a luxury and hospitality environment
Adaptable and proactive mindset
able to work in a hybrid role across partnerships and events
