Job Description:

Location: Barcelona with frequent travel

Scope: Spain and Portugal

Travel: Approximately 40%

Reporting to: Product Management Director – BU Self-Adhesive

Mission

Drive business growth and provide technical support for the Self-Adhesive product range, acting as the link between customers, sales teams, and operations.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical advice and support to customers and internal teams on self-adhesive products, mainly within the label sector.

Act as a liaison between the commercial and industrial departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

Support the resolution of quality incidents by coordinating tests, analysis, and follow-up actions between commercial and industrial teams.

Deliver technical training to customers and the sales force.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, promoting tailored technical solutions.

Identify new business opportunities and maintain market intelligence, including pricing, market trends, and competitor activity.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and professional forums.

Work closely with the Product Manager to translate market and customer needs into clear value propositions, messaging, and commercial tools.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in technical sales or after-sales roles, preferably in the self-adhesive, labels, or graphic arts industry.

Fluent in Spanish and English.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented mindset with an organized, collaborative, flexible, and proactive approach.

Ability to work autonomously.

Availability and willingness to travel frequently.
