Senior Project Manager – Field Operations – USA

Job Description:

Catenon is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our client to act as the operational lead and key reference for the company’s activities in the United States. The company delivers turnkey solutions for poultry production facilities, combining engineering, technology, and construction expertise to support clients globally.

This role will function as the right hand of the U.S. Managing Director, coordinating multiple projects, site supervisors, contractors, and suppliers while serving as the operational bridge between the European engineering and procurement teams and on-site execution.

The position holds full ownership of day-to-day project operations in the U.S. market, within a growing and evolving organizational structure.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate all active projects across the U.S., ensuring alignment with company standards, client expectations, and contractual commitments.
- Manage and coordinate Site Supervisors and future field resources, organizing workloads, travel schedules, and site coverage.
- Act as the main operational interface between U.S. field operations and European engineering/procurement teams.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple sites.
- Monitor progress, costs, risks, and quality, ensuring early identification and resolution of issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact with local contractors, suppliers, engineering firms, and clients in the U.S.
- Ensure consistent documentation and reporting discipline across projects.

Requirements:

- The role requires high availability to travel across project locations in the Midwest.
- A hands-on, flexible mindset and startup mentality are key due to the evolving nature of the U.S. operation.
- Fluent English required. Spanish is considered a plus but not mandatory.
