On behalf of a leading international fragrance house, I am looking for a visionary Marketing Cross-Category Director to lead their Iberica affiliate’s strategic marketing efforts. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and commercial results.
The Marketing Cross-Category Director will hold full responsibility for strategic prioritization and decision-making across Fine Fragrance, Consumer Goods, and Specialty Retail. The mission is to position the affiliate as the ultimate fragrance reference in Spain through trend leadership and olfactive expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Oversight: Defining the Spanish cross-category marketing strategy and aligning it with EMEA business objectives.
• Commercial Impact: Partnering with Sales and Evaluation teams to ensure marketing initiatives drive measurable business growth.
• Innovation & Trends: Anticipating conceptual and olfactive trends to deliver high-impact, "ready-to-deploy" presentations for key accounts.
• Leadership: Managing a diverse team (Marketing Managers, PR, Design) and fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
• Industry Representation: Leading the affiliate’s PR presence, industry networking, and external partnerships.
Candidate Profile:
• Experience: 9+ years of marketing expertise within the Fragrance industry (B2B environment).
• Leadership: Proven track record in strategic leadership and team development.
• Skills: Strong business acumen, agility in execution, and the ability to influence without authority.
• Vision: A deep understanding of the fragrance market and a passion for creative excellence.
