Job Description:

Support the development and execution of global strategies for the portfolio, contributing to product launches, portfolio performance, and omnichannel activation. Assist in translating brand strategy into compelling product concepts, retailer-facing materials, and launch support tools.

Work closely with cross-functional teams and regional markets to ensure best-in-class execution of initiatives aligned with brand and commercial objectives.

Contribute to product development, campaign execution, and performance tracking, while building a strong understanding of consumer insights, market trends, and retail dynamics.

Responsibilities:

- Team: Support the Team in the development and execution of commercial and brand strategies for the portfolio, working as part of the team in Paris and the leadership team in New York.
- Business and Commercial Support: Assist in managing the business by supporting product launches, tracking performance, and contributing to portfolio growth initiatives. Support budget tracking and help ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
- Strategy & Planning: Contribute to the development of global strategies, innovation plans, and brand initiatives through research, analysis, and day-to-day support.
- Product Lifecycle: Support the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including coordination of naming, packaging, artwork, and development milestones as well as post launch performance tracking and on-going SKU optimization.
- New Product Development: Assist in the execution of new launches for the Core franchise as well as House of promotions and GWPs. Support project timelines, development tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery.
- Existing Portfolio Management: Support ongoing portfolio management for existing franchises through performance tracking, competitive analysis, and contribution to optimization initiatives.
- Fragrance Development: Assist in coordinating fragrance development processes, including briefs, submission tracking, sample organization, and feedback consolidation with internal teams and fragrance houses.
- Campaign Execution: Support the development and execution of 360° campaigns across advertising, digital, PR, and retail. Assist with briefing, tracking, approvals, and coordination of deliverables. Responsible for ensuring on time delivery for all toolkits.
- Market & Retailer Insights: Gather and analyze market, retail, and competitor data to support strategic decisions and improve market
relevance.
- Consumer Insights: Support market research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform product and campaign development.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day coordination across internal teams (Packaging, IPM,
Trade, Digital, PR, Sales, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Budget & Tracking: Assist in budget tracking, invoice management, and cost monitoring to support financial discipline.
- Retail & Merchandising: Support retail activation planning and execution, including sampling programs, merchandising guidelines, and in-store visibility initiatives.
- Digital/Omnichannel: Collaborate with Digital and E-commerce teams to support online execution, content coordination, and campaign rollouts.
- Presentations: Support the preparation of presentations (launch toolkits, marketing materials, retailer decks, internal updates), ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Meetings: Participate in key meetings (development, trade, GTM, PR, budget), preparing materials and capturing key actions.
- Communication: Maintain clear and proactive communication with manager and stakeholders, escalating risks when needed and ensuring alignment on priorities.

Requirements:

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 3 - 4 years of experience, preferably within the prestige fragrance and beauty industry
- Exposure to global or regional marketing environments preferred
- Strong English skills required
- Available to travel, if needed
