FUNCIONES

Our client is a large international group operating in the heavy industry and is the world leader in the market segment. It provides its clients innovative and tailor-made ready-to-use services and solutions. The company is expanding hence growing its team. In this context, we are looking for a Quality Improvement Manager. In collaboration with the Director of Operational Excellence and Quality, you will support the development and implementation of the quality improvement structure and audits and you will implement a homogeneity of the processes. Main responsibilities: - Lead continuous improvement projects, working with multidisciplinary teams - Act as an expert for continuous quality improvement activities, by guiding employees in different areas (QA process, accreditation requirements, continuous improvement tools, etc.) - Evaluate the maturity of processes between sites and manage improvements and harmonization of processes, share best practices between sites - Ensure regular technical communication between sites and at all levels of business management. - Investigate customer complaints with the help of factory and quality control managers and implement new practices - Provide training and advice to the team on the interpretation of raw data, statistical results or other compiled information, identify follow-up actions and prepare reports - Participate in interdisciplinary committees linked to compliance with standards and quality initiatives.

REQUISITOS

With a higher engineer-type training (industrial / quality), you have at least 10 years of experience in the management and development of quality procedures, preferably acquired in an industrial environment. You have demonstrated your ability to support a company in the establishment of a culture of continuous improvement, and to work in project mode. You are experienced in quality management and maintaining ISO certifications and demonstrate a solid knowledge of regulations, standards and operational rules of operation. You are certified, ideally Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt; and master ERP. You know how to communicate and work effectively in a matrix and multi-site environment. Your analytical and planning skills allow you to have a global vision and coordinate your activity. You have excellent leadership and project management skills. Knowledge of English is required. German is a plus.
