FUNCTIES

Mission: Under the direction of the Sales Manager Nordics, the Sales Representative Estonia will be responsible of all sales of the companies core products to existing and new customers in Estonia and also give support to the Finnish market. The key responsibility will be to meet and build long term valued relationships with key stakeholders and influencers, in order to meet revenue growth and profitability targets. This position is a new position and part of the our clients' growth strategy. Your responsibilities: - Identify and attract new customers - Responsible for technical system sales and customer relations to the Estonian market - Regular reporting and recording of visits through the CRM system (salesforce.com) which include daily administration e.g. customer details, customer visit, project tracking and meetings - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with Insulation Distributors, Contractors, Specifiers, Architects, Engineering companies and Merchants in the Technical insulation sector - Responsible for sales support and technical support - Liaising with technical marketing teams on new product development – recommending and pursuing product opportunities - Identifying business opportunities and proactively selling value-added services/products - Responsible for maintaining and developing a close cooperation with existing clients - First point of contact for customers - Deliver specifications from customers as you in this role will be the liaison between the customer and the wholesaler Your profile: - Fluent in Estonian and English, language skills in Finnish highly preferred - Background from heating/plumbing industry, with technical degree - Sales experience in HVAC and building industry - Experience in energy sector, marine, acoustic or passive fire protection would be a plus - Sales through wholesalers, but also close collaboration with architects, planners, etc to get our products listed for projects - Experience with CRM, like salesforce.com - Result driven, service oriented, well organised, team player, good communication with all target groups
