We are looking for a professional with a proven experience in B2B Sales of Software Solutions. A person with high communication skills and active listening. Consulting sales approach oriented to selling Software as a Service. Self-disciplined attitude. The focus of our KAM is achieving the sales targets, hunting and developing new customers in the assigned territory. The main responsibility will be closing new clients generated by our different lead generation channels: inbound, account based marketing (ABM) and solution partners. Functions: ● Execute the different phases of a typical SaaS sales cycle: qualification, demo, proposal, negotiation and closing. Our target: small and medium enterprises (50M to 1B in revenue). ● Locate or propose business deals by contacting potential solution partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. ● Forecasting and reporting using our CRM (Hubspot). ● Enhancing organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Requisites: ● More than 5 years in B2B sales management with a demonstrated record of sales growth in Software business is essential. ● Good sales & key account/market management track-record in International Business. ● Strong customer relationship development skills both for short- and long-term business development and growth. ● Commercial negotiation skills. ● Team player. ● Strong focus on target achievement. ● Ability to create sales forecast on Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis ● Capacity to work under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment Education: ● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (not mandatory) ● Languages: ○ English native or equivalent ○ Spanish basic Other: Possibility of working from Home office or anywhere in Europe.
