Our client, need to hire a HR Manager for a important project to construction a Water Plant in Casablanca (Morocco). Missión: As the HR Coordinator, you will provide support across the entire workforce (including both white and blue-collar workforces) and be crucial in the successful administration and delivery of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and wellbeing programs. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development and implementation of agreed HR strategies and projects to create and maintain an engaged workforce. Funtions: . Quality, Environmental and Safety: Maintain and apply all relevant standards, policies, guidelines and legislative requirements necessary to support responsible decisions and courses of action. . Planning and Operations: Ensure employee data is accurate and up to date across a range of systems including data entry and maintenance within our HRIS, Workday, as well as other internal systems. Participate in all activities relating to the employee lifecycle, including contract and letter generation, employee onboarding, internal employee transfers, professional development, and offboarding - ensuring consistency across all projects. . Time/Planning: Demonstrates sound organisational and time management skills. . Scheduling and Reporting: Prepare reports and/or documentation as required and directed. . Financial: Assist with the reconciliation of expense forms as required – complete forms, scan receipts, gather necessary signatures. . Innovation: Develop ideas to make the work processes more efficient and practical. . Communication: Ensure daily interactions with team members are of the highest standard and that all information is shared to ensure efficient management of tasks across shared work streams. Requeriments: - Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in Law, Psychology, HR or Similar. - Preferable 4/5 years’ HR admin related experience - Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others. - Excellent and clear communication – verbal and written - High attention to detail - Workday experience an advantage - Must be customer focused, team oriented, accountable and results driven - Strong administrative and time management skills - Good at multi-tasking and demonstrates sound judgments, including balancing competing issues - Must be energetic with a positive can-do attitude - Ability and willingness to adapt, quickly learn and put to use new skills and knowledge brought about by rapidly changing structure, process, information and/or technology - English proficiency and French/Spanish Language Valued
