THE ROLE: Being a successful consultant requires being a successful salesperson. All our people are empowered to act in a way that creates success for our clients and for themselves; we all have clear tasks and simple measurable KPI’s. We are looking for colleagues with a proven track record in search and selection and a strong commercial background to help accelerate our growth.


THE PROFILE: University degree and related working experience on multinational environments (ideally no less than 4-5 years). Fluent in German and English. Dutch is desirable Minimum 4-5 years experience in sales. The personal self-confidence to manage yourself independently THE PERSONALITY: Entrepreneurial mindset. Great influencing, networking and relationship building skills. Are strong sales oriented with the ability to start and grow business. Are willing to work hard for the success of their clients and themselves. Think and act quickly to solve business problems. Can give expert advice to executives. Want to excel in Executive Search and Recruitment and Selection.
