Our client, an important multinational from PV sector is searching a Project Manager -Special Projects in Madrid.
The ideal Project Manager would be:
An effective and credible thought partner - commercially and technical minded
Assertive, decisive, prepared to see through plans and overcome objections -
and yet flexible around change and comfortable with ambiguity, a quick and
agile learner.
Clear communicator with good negotiation skills; decisive and excellent
influencer.
A Proficiency level of English (Portuguese is a nice to have).
Working experience in fast paced company environments.
Related field education (engineering)
Project Management skills.
Experience in PV sector
Project investment Analysis skills.
Literate in procedures and legislations about the PV field in Spain.
Responsibilities :
Identify and promote PV projects with Costumers
Evaluate the technical and economic feasibility of projects
Develop proposals and negotiate solutions for PV and Technical Services with
Customers
Carry out and coordinate the activities of sale, design, construction, and
licensing of PV plants for self-consumption in customers, in order to ensure
the company´s leadership in this market and optimize the profitability of
investments associated with the business.
Ensure regular contacts with companies associated with the energy sector,
equipment suppliers, to identify new business opportunities, in the economic,
technical, legal and safety subjects
Supervise the execution of installations at customers, ensuring the
compliance of all equipment’s and materials used, in accordance with the
contracts signed with the service providers, to guarantee the technical and
legal compliance of the projects
Ensure permanent assistance to the PV owners, guaranteeing response and
intervening in all occurrences that put or may jeopardize the safety of people
and material goods, in accordance with the regulations in force.
Collaborate and propose new solutions and services for each market
segment, to identify new opportunities for improvement and optimization, both
in the economic aspect, in the technical / legal and safety aspects, allowing
the maximization of the business margin.
Plan and manage the execution of interventions by external entities,
technically and commercially accompanying the activities inherent to the
provision of services, enhancing the hiring and loyalty of the organization
customers and the sale of technical services and energy management
solutions.
