FUNCTIONS

Catenon is exclusively collaborating with a leading Spanish company dedicated to worldwide metal manufacturing. With multiple plants located in the northern plateau of Spain, this Company is seeking to onboard a professional to take charge of the company's General Management, working in harmony with ownership and investors. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a strategic vision to drive company growth and profitability. - Oversee and direct global operations, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance. - Identify expansion opportunities and lead corporate debt restructuring initiatives. - Cultivate strategic relationships with clients, business partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term growth and sustainability. Requirements: - Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a large company or recognized consulting firm. - Proven track record of successful leadership in manufacturing or similar industry, with a focus on growth and innovation. - Extensive knowledge in financial management, business strategy, and market development. - Demonstrated experience in corporate debt restructuring and negotiation with national and international investors. - Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. - University degree in a related field; a postgraduate degree or MBA is highly desirable.
