FUNCTIONS

Our client, an Internation Group within the automotive sector is looking for a Custom Manager who will take care of all customs formalities (Advice / Management / Inspection) of the group Spain companies in relation to import/export operations from Spain: Responsibilities: o Customs Management. Import / Export: - Reception, registration and clearance of transits by air, sea, rail and land. - Final import of containers from all over the world (Turkey, South Korea, China, Thailand, Japan, South America...). - Centralized dispatch of parts from all over the world. - Monthly closings. - Transport organization - Physical verification of the cargo - Issuance of DUA's and DAE's for the export of mechanical organs worldwide. - Completion and issuance of TIR carnets with their corresponding certificates of origin. - Handling with the Tax Agency both physically and telematically. - Presentation of the Intrastat model every month of the year. o Claims and litigation arising from customs inspections and other tax-related actions carried out by the State Administration: - Management and preparation of the inspections that fall on any of the group companies in Spain. - Necessary actions for the legal defense of the interests of said companies before the Tax Administration, as well as in the Spanish Courts, for acts of tax transcendence. REQUIREMENT - Bachelor's degree in relevant fields - More than 7 years in similiar positions - Ability to work well with cross-functional, cross-geographic teams. - Fluent English and Spanish is mandatory, other foreign languages are a plus.
