Reporting to a member of the Steering Committee and managing an important team with several locations around the globe, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the Group's procurement and logistics strategies on a global scale. This includes leading negotiations with global suppliers, managing key vendor relationships, and ensuring cost-effective and efficient sourcing of goods and services.

FUNCTIONS

Your main responsibilities will include: ● Review, redefine and implement the short, medium & long-term strategy for the Global Procurement Function, in a major Group operating worldwide. ● Oversee all procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services to meet business requirements, specially food & beverages. ● Lead a senior leaders team to deliver exceptional results visible in the P&L while ensuring that sustainability is embedded across all deals. ● Ensuring robust engagement with the main internal stakeholders (eg, Operations, Finance, Sustainability Office... ) with output fully aligned to business goals. ● Oversee the Implementation of the processes, procedures, and tools necessary for the management, monitoring, and control of the purchasing process. Review and continuous improvement of processes to align them with business needs. ● Monitor market trends, industry developments, and regulations to identify new opportunities and potential risks. Our ideal candidate meets the following requirements : ● Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Accounting, or applicable field of study required. ● Deep understanding of Procurement Processes, Strategies & Tools. ● Extensive track record of continued growth and career progression within multinational corporations, demonstrating capability in project management & execution of large, cross-functional projects. ● Experience establishing and implementing complex sourcing strategies with best-in-class Category Management techniques across multiple categories, with a strong knowledge on food & beverage categories. ● Regularly works under tight deadlines with significant economic impact. ● Fluent in Spanish and English, mandatory
