Functions: • To provide customer loyalty by understanding the needs and expectations and increasing the customer satisfaction by making customer visits, • To manage activities that will create new markets as well as the existing potential, to participate domestic and foreign fairs related to the sector, • To contribute product development studies by following all changes and developments in the customers and in the market • To follow up the process from the receipt of the order to delivery to the customer, • To perform the necessary follow-up for customer satisfaction or adaptation of the new products developed, ensuring coordination between R & D and technical teams Requirements: • Min 5 years of experience in B2B Sales in Latam • Min 3 years of experience in B2B Sales of nonstick coatings (enamel) • Excellent command of English, Spanish and Portuguese (C1) • No obstacle to travel (25-30%) • Good command of MS Office programs • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering is a plus
