FUNCTIONS

The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible of supporting the stable operation of Diamond Generating Corporation Mexico server and network infrastructure by performing the majority of the operational activities. This includes installing, configuring and maintaining infrastructure hardware, software and communication links while ensuring minimum network downtime. This job position will also diagnose, resolve and document infrastructure problems in a timely and accurate fashion and provide 1st tier support when necessary. Main Responsibilities: - Full accountability over the infrastructure components including its configuration, keeping and inventory, testing, maintaining, monitoring and troubleshooting. - Prepare and ensure accuracy of infrastructure hardware and software documentation. - Attend seminars, conferences and trade shows. - Develop long-term strategies. - Digital transformation. - Policies procedures and standards. - Analysis and diagnosis. - Duties and projects.
