FUNCTIONS

Buscamos un responsable de equipo para liderar la división de Comp & Ben de una importante cadena hotelera Española, con oficinas centrales en Mallorca. Funciones: Compensación: Dirigir y diseñar, a nivel global, las políticas retributivas en todos sus aspectos (equidad, competitividad, retribución fija, retribución variable a corto y largo plazo y retribución flexible). Beneficios: Dirigir y diseñar las gestión de la política de beneficios corporativos flexible que permita homogeneizar la política de beneficios de Grupo. Requisitos: - Analitics : sistemas, extracción de datos, reporting. - Manejo de SAP - Experiencia en liderazgo de proyectos - Experiencia en un puesto similar 5 años.
