FUNCTIONS

As the Country Commercial Director, the key purpose is to define, develop and deliver the country commercial strategy in line with the overarching commercial strategy of the company to ensure top-line growth in country. The role will manage the growth within all work streams and segments and hold the responsibility of developing the commercial capabilities in the country team. Main Duties and Responsibilities • Overall responsibilities of defining, developing and delivering the company top-line in country • Develop and execute the commercial strategy • Define the key targets and sales ambitions for all sales work streams (solutions, field and direct) in close cooperation with the commercial team and country management • Ensure commercial processes and tools are efficiently implemented in country • Identify and execute strategic commercial initiatives with the purpose of driving the top-line and position the company as the preferred IFS partner in country • Contribute in key solution sales processes and prioritized customer engagement activities • Lead, develop and motivate the commercial team, and install the right capabilities Requirements • Proven team management skills (this position will have around 20 people in their team) • Excellent level of English both written & spoken (min C1 level) • Educational background: it is preferable to have an Engineer • Certain level of IT knowledge ( Microsoft CRM) • Proven experience in change management • Strong results from related commercial or business development functions e.g. having ensured substantial growth and improved profitability • Strong knowledge about integrated facility services • Proven track record in successfully converting business solution bids to wins, through creative and innovative thinking and based on a solid analysis of customer needs
