FUNCTIONS

The ideal candidate will work on a home-office basis, reporting directly to the Country Director and being responsible for the following: • Organize direct selling activities in Germany, with focus in the Impulse channel, gaining visibility and sales. • Identify, develop, prepare and implement new business proposals and concepts. • Analyze, develop and implement sales strategies in the Impulse channel and clients in the German market. • Gain and maintain a clear focus on the competitors' activity and trends in the market. • Manage the relationship with the distribution and potential key players within the channel. For this position we are searching for professionals with the following experience: - At least 5 years experience within and FMCG company, preferably Sweets & Candy industry, working in the Impulse channel. - Knowledge of Structure Impulse and channels apart from retail. - Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques. - Self- motivated, results driven, focused, hard worker approach. - Full mobility to travel. - English and German speaker.
