Roles and Responsibilities - Give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives and to ensure the effective communication of the company’s strategies, objectives and performances to create a positive company profile. - Making sure of maintaining Quality and ethics in Project deliverable to clients. - Lead a turn around plan of the local business, a aiming to achieve a profitable and sustainable growth. - To ensure the efficient utilization of financial resources within established policies of the Company, making appropriate and timely financial and management decisions. - Lead and sustain strong Senior Leadership Team. - Achieve performance metrics; setting, planning, and meeting performance targets for revenue and profitability. - Lead business development capabilities by seeking out and growing new client relationships and growing existing client relationships. - Maintain a robust understanding of the most innovative and effective brand thinking, thinkers, techniques, and approaches. - Create a robust pipeline of new business prospects in public and private sectors. - Maintain a rigorous and consistent process to manage and grow client accounts, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and well led. - Lead the way in creating a culture of knowledge obsession, talent development. - Lead the efforts towards collaboration and teamwork across our multi-disciplinary approach and across offices and regions. - Partner with appropriate support resources (Finance, HR, etc) to ensure steady and efficient management of the office. - To monitor all legal aspects of the company Qualification & Experience (Education, Experience) Our client is looking for a result oriented technology professional who has great leadership skills and who can understand Technology, the candidate should have and advanced degree (Preferably Engineer) and ideally an MBA. 15-25 years of working experience in a field of Information technology and telecom, with proven success records in bringing new business opportunities. Experience in public sector is strongly desirable. At least 5 years as managing the complete operations. Alternatively, the candidate should have a mix of experience in managing an enterprise combined with direct involvement in Information Technology or Telecom. Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, adaptable, and innovative approach to business planning Track record of effectively leading and regionally and/or nationally scaling a performance- and outcomes-based organization and staff Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach staff, manage, and develop high-performance teams, set and achieve strategic objectives, and manage a budget Strong Marketing and Sales experience with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and cultures Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people Passion, idealism, integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed Ability to take up extensive travelling Excellent English and Spanish language Skills.
