Requirements: • Bachelor of Science degree (BSc) in Engineering preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Food or Agricultural engineering • Experience in Milling, Bakery Machinery, Pasta Production or Agricultural Machinery sectors • Experience in Project Sales (preferably Machinery Project sales) • Min 5 years of experience in B2B sales • Good level of communication skills; both verbal and written (local language and English) • No obstacle to travel international and drive locally Job Description: • Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and suggesting action plans; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change together with Area Sales Manager. • Evaluating the market conditions of the countries under responsibility together with the affiliated Sales Area Manager, determining the sales targets of the region and creating sales and marketing activity plans to achieve this goal. • Creating a potential customer portfolio and planning weekly visits to these customers. • Plan and execute sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insights. • Understanding the contacted customer request correctly, delivering information to the sales team for quote preparations, pursuing of quote status both internally and externally and reporting the status. • Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. • Initiating the contract process with the customer, negotiating on commercial and technical specifications, informing the company’s contract terms to the customer, receiving feedback on the terms of the contract and supporting the customer in accordance with the company policy. • Maintaining the contact with the customer within the period from the signing of the contract until the delivery of the factory and reporting their requests its direct report. • Tracking projects, activities and customer information in the company ERP system and ensure actuality of data. • Promoting companies and products to potential customer leads and improving sales opportunities. • Keeping a sufficient number of marketing materials and delivering them to the customer leads during visits. • Periodically visiting the current customers in the region, sharing up-to-date information about the company products and evaluating the renewal change potential. • Informing requests and complaints received from the visited ALAPALA factories to After Sales Unit, pursuing the solution. • Attending sectoral fairs, seminars and workshops nationwide, promoting brands and reaching potential customers. • Tracking and reporting rival brand activities in the region. • Sending the reports requested on a weekly and monthly basis to the Area Manager on time in accordance with its format.
