As a Brand Ambassador/ Sales Assistant, you will be at the forefront of the brand, representing excellence and sophistication in every interaction. Qualifications: - Advanced proficiency in English, Spanish, and Catalan. - A minimum of 8-10 years of prior experience in B2B commercial and retail roles, preferably within the luxury goods or high-end fashion industry. - Exceptional communication skills coupled with a customer-centric mindset. - Meticulous attention to detail and superb organizational capabilities. - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with ease. - Knowledge or appreciation of luxury watches and fine craftsmanship is advantageous. - Familiarity with MS Office applications and CRM software is preferred. - Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
