A leading European manufacturer of industrial equipment seeks a General Services Manager to develop the implementation and development of the activity and business of the Group in India. You will provide service, collaboration and support required to the different Areas and Business Units of the Group in accordance with the Group's Strategy and values. You will report to the General Director in European Company HQ and also, to the Holding Director in India. Functions Principal functions: • Control of the budgeting process of this subsidiary. Establish the tools to control the activity. Optimisation of information systems and leadership in any new implementation. • Coordinate the administrative, financial and treasury areas, as well as accounting reporting. You will also be in charge of managing the relationship with the subsidiary's external auditors. • Lead the areas of HR, PRL, legal services, information technologies (ITs), General Services of the subsidiary's facilities (Maintenance, Purchases, etc ...), as well as the formalisation of relationships with the rest of companies of the Group (transfer prices, sales, know-how agreements, etc.) • Provide service / comfort in close collaboration with the Managers and Heads of the Business Units (UNs) that operate from the subsidiary, as well as with the Directors of the Functional Areas (AAFF), as the main facilitator in those activities described previously. • Represent the company before local and national Public Organizations and Administrations, as well as the panel of Suppliers. • Determine and coordinate those actions, together with those responsible for the productive / operational activity, that pursue the design, implementation and adjustment of an optimal organizational structure with regard to existing and future resources, anticipating needs and / or overcapacities of the different UNs. • Ensure compliance, in the Indian subsidiary, of the general internal rules and procedures of the Group and local and national regulations. • Lead the management and development of the subsidiary team, developing a work environment that positively motivates people, fostering teamwork and commitment, uses and customs, culture and values, and climate of the Group. Candidate profile: Specific Training: • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics or similar. Specific Skills of the Position: • Minimum experience of 5 years in the general management of general services of an industrial company or an industrial activity business unit. • Languages: English, high level and a knowledge of Spanish. • International experience in India (essential) • Experience in team management and management, organization of departments and processes, and project control or management. Personal skills: • A person with leadership is required, accustomed to teamwork, extroverted, with the ability to communicate, analyze and organize. With initiative, critical spirit and desire to learn. High commitment to their work and flexible schedules.
