FUNCIONES

Main responsibilities 1/ Healthier strategy for the Group, brands and clusters - Definition of long-term objectives (Core KPIs) to steer the Group's commitment and make an effective contribution to the Corporate Mission. - Definition of Group practices in terms of responsible nutrition communication: training and support for teams, validation of communications, distribution of communication toolkits, etc. - Ensuring that core KPIs and brand roadmaps are reported, with monitoring of internal nutritional profiling tools (Bel Nutri+, Group Policies, Healthier) - Co-construction and monitoring with the R&D, marketing and finance teams of the Healthier roadmaps in the short-to-medium-to-long term, as part of the roll-out of the strategy - Maintaining an active watch on the international nutrition and health context, the Nutriwatch project (public health recommendations, nutritional strategy, public health objectives), carrying out competitive analyses (nutrition and naturalness) on our core brands for priority clusters. - Creation and deployment of the Group's positioning on Sustainable Food and how our brands and products can make a positive contribution to it. - Supporting the marketing teams in their communication strategies aimed at consumers, and the marketing and communication teams throughout the pyramid of influence of opinion leaders (e.g. Share for good programme, KOL communication plans, corporate communication, etc.). - Contributing to the definition and management of the brands' Social Roles and to the choice of social actions supported and deployed by the brands and/or clusters - Steering "Healthy lifestyles" nutrition education programmes - Leading internally and coordinating the "Healthy Smiles" programme to raise awareness of healthy eating and physical activity among Group employees. 2/ Representing the Group and defending its interests - Leader of the Group's scientific expert committee, made up of internationally renowned experts in nutrition, epidemiology, social marketing and human nutrition. Definition of themes, coordination of experts, management of the 2 annual plenary sessions (face-to-face and remote), dissemination of key messages and reports to key internal contacts. - Representing the Group in trade associations (ATLA, ANIA, EDA) and industry associations (EU pledge, etc.) - Speaking engagements at scientific and marketing events to promote and lend credibility to the positioning of the Group and its brands. - Spokesperson and key contact for defending the Group's interests on nutritional and natural naturalness issues with NGOs (Foodwatch, Yuka, etc) - Lead for the FOPNL (front-of-pack nutrition labelling) in internal coordination with communication, legal and regulatory teams, and externally (ATLA, EDA). 3/ Management Leading and developing the team. Candidate Profile - You have an agricultural engineering degree or equivalent with a specialisation in nutrition. - The candidate must have at least 10 years' professional experience in a food group and/or a nutrition food group and/or in a nutritional communications agency, in an international and multicultural context. - He/she will have a strong expertise in nutrition and nutritional communication for brand brand development. -You will need to be agile and comfortable working with reporting tools, particularly extra-financial tools.extra-financial reporting tools.
