As an experienced business development executive with a demonstrable record of success, the Head of Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for creating, activating, and managing strategic relationships with new partners to drive meaningful revenue and demand. Building a large and high performing ecosystem of partners (resellers and distributors, suppliers, and key accounts) will be your main goal. Your role will require you to: · Define and implement the company´s partnership strategy. · Take ownership for building the Partnership function, identifying improvement areas and delivering against these to the benefit of the wider group. · Establish goals for each partner relationship. Update and maintain proper reporting metrics and funnel management. · Be accountable for sourced & influenced revenue, as well as partner success KPIs. · Follow partners activity and help them stay in track with goals, establishing KPIs, defining reporting tools, etc. · Work with partners and internal teams (marketing, sales, legal, product, etc.) to identify joint selling and marketing strategies for driving sales of thee client through partner ecosystem. · Enable partners through virtual and in-person demos & training in sales, marketing, technology and product. · Create tools to drive demand such as partner campaigns, webinars, and events. · Work with the sales team in order to identify additional business opportunities, and define new commercial strategies. About you The ideal person for this role: · 10+ years of Business Development experience preferably in a B2B Regtech startup in the Identity Verification market. · Proven track record of building partnerships programme from the ground up. · Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our international partners. · Experience working within targeted industries: Financial, Hospitality, Telecommunications, Gambling, GIG and Sharing Economies, Government, Health, and Education. · Strong executive presence with proven ability to engage and influence a wide range of senior stakeholders. · Experience and sense for contract management and commercial conversations / negotiations. · Proactive, responsive and strategic thinker with technical and analytical comprehension. · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree and/or technical background is a plus. · Fluency in English required. other languages welcome. Currently due to COVID, it is fully remote but for the right person, it can be fully remote regardless. However, we do require you to be in our office from time to time if needed. Note that this position cannot be fully remote for every candidate and the decision will be made based on the candidate. · Competitive base salary. Additional year-end bonus can be offered based on individual performance and company performance.
