At Catenon, we're on the lookout for a Sales Representative to join our client, a leading company specializing in the design and manufacture of KNX home automation products for homes, hotels, and buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed targets and support company growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the team to create a results-driven work environment.
Requirements:
Minimum university degree with at least 3 years of experience, ideally in the industrial sector, HVAC, or electrical engineering.
KNX or Tutor certification is a plus, especially with experience as a Trainer.
High level of autonomy, team management, and negotiation skills.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record in sales.
Previous experience in similar roles is highly valued.
Medium-level proficiency in English.
