Our client, leadert in its sector is searching a Business Based Human Resources for their plant in Castellbisbal. The person with this position will be responsible for supporting the HR Country Manager in the selection, management, development and administration of the plant's human resources. He/she will support in promoting change at all levels of the organisation, communicating key messages, decisions and innovations, identifying gaps and areas for improvement as well as possible solutions. The candidate will be mainly responsible for: • Supporting the Country HR Manager in work planning, defining work schedules for all departments based on the general production needs defined by the company and the demands/requirements of the departments; • Supporting the activities of managing plant personnel costs, the organisational efficiency of internal work teams, human resources KPIs, and the definition and monitoring of outsourcing process costs; • Supporting plant personnel recruiting activities to ensure the acquisition of the best profiles required; • Supporting the management of training programmes; • Supporting change processes at plant level, helping to coordinate local communication, using company tools, providing feedback on resistance to change, impacts and gap analysis; • Supporting the implementation of transformation and overtime projects in HR. • Labour relations with the workforce and conflict resolution and with the Work Councils and trade union sections. Communication and preparation of files following legal regulation. • Control of compliance with labour regulations and legal interpretation / assistance with new legislative developments. Main skills desired: • Knowledge and understanding of HR administration regulations and practices (payroll, holiday days, approvals, etc.); • Understanding and mastery of talent attraction and development tools in order to be a partner to the company in achieving its goals; • Knowledge and understanding of business processes and ability to improve them to enhance the quality of work; • Communication and negotiation skills; • Ability to work in a team, problem solving, as well as flexibility and learning agility complete the profile. Requirements: University degree, preferably labour relations or judiciary disciplines; Previous experience in the role of about 2/3 years, preferably in an industrial context; Fluency in English; Place of work: Castelbisbal (Barcelona area)
