FUNCTIES

Responsible for project execution: o Planning (coordination with sales, management of machines / people capacity, maintenance, etc.) o Overall project management & administration (ERP) o Accountable for installations (safety, quality of delivery) • Accountable for project related expenses (actual/budget) and other operational expenses (people, maintenance, etc.) • Management of machines park: maintenance plan, budget, internal / external maintenance, spare parts & consumable, lifetime management, investments • Management of operators teams (training, safety, recruitement, etc.) • Pilots strategic partnerships (machine manufacturers, yarn / cloth manufacturers, etc.) • Pilots improvement projects (technical / service) Reporting lines: • Reports into the General manager • 20 report lines (direct and indirect) Fluent in Dutch and English, German is a plus
