Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; and tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments. Locate, propose and screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financial; evaluating options, resolving internal priorities and recommending equity investments. Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials and estimating partner’s needs and goals. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar. A Master’s degree is desirable. 2-3 years experience in business to business sales in HR related companies is required. English is a must; another European language desirable. Results oriented, with response capacity and used to working with sales targets. Good communication skills.
